I am a former primary school teacher. I have over 17 years of teaching experience in every year group and subject across the primary school, including 11 years at two of the most prestigious British International Schools in the world. During my time internationally, I became part of the Middle Leadership Team and successfully led a large team of teachers to provide the best possible education for our students. I view accelerating pupil progress and raising standards as a priority and have a proven track record of outstanding teaching. As a result of my own love of learning, I designed an internationally recognised innovation curriculum for Years 3-9 before recording the impact of the curriculum. A highlight of my career to date has been chairing and presenting a session at an esteemed international education conference, the Hawaii International Conference on Education.
